Processing Time

All orders are handmade and prepared within 3–4business days before shipping.
Custom or large orders may take a few extra days to complete.


Shipping Options

We currently offer:

  • Local delivery (Houston, TX area — when available)

  • Local pick-up (by appointment only)

  • Standard U.S. shipping through USPS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on package weight and destination.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

  • Local delivery: 1–2 business days

  • U.S. shipping: 3–4business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, holidays, or weather conditions.


Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped (if applicable).


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at eysaramos7789@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.
EymaBloom is not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we’ll do our best to assist you.


Local Pick-Up

For local pick-up orders, you’ll receive a message to arrange a convenient date and time.
Please show your order confirmation when picking up your item.
